Here's the full moon setting in the west and there's SNOW in the picture but this was actually in December 2006 not February 2012.

February 7, 2012 - 4:54 p.m. EST -- Full Snow Moon. Usually the heaviest snowfalls occur during this month. Hunting becomes very difficult, and so to some tribes, this was the Full Hunger Moon.
